All collaborations, partnerships, and associations with Siragugal must align with its mission and objectives. It is expressly stated that:

• Leadership, Board Members, and Executive Positions from partnered organizations will not automatically be transferred to Siragugal.

• New Leadership and Executive Boards will be constituted through a fresh election process under the regulations of Siragugal.

• The transition of any external organization or group into Siragugal’s framework will ensure continuity, efficiency, and academic expansion while maintaining existing obligations and responsibilities.

3. Compliance, Transparency & Ethical Standards

Siragugal abides by all national and international regulations, public health guidelines, and ethical research standards. We uphold the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and integrity, ensuring that all research collaborations, partnerships, and initiatives remain free from financial conflicts of interest, private endorsements, or commercial affiliations.

4. Annual Reports & Financial Transparency

Siragugal is committed to full financial transparency and adheres to the highest standards of financial accountability.

• Annual reports detailing activities, research initiatives, funding, and expenditures will be made available for public review.

• All donations and funds received will be exclusively used for public service, research, and educational initiatives in alignment with the mission and vision of Siragugal .

• No funds or financial resources shall be utilized for personal gain, individual branding, or any unauthorized activity outside the scope of Siragugal’s mission.

• Social media accounts and promotions will be managed exclusively by designated teams.

• No individual member is permitted to use Siragugal’s name, logo, or branding for personal marketing, professional gain, or commercial endorsement.

• Any unauthorized digital content, promotions, or misrepresentations using Siragugal’s identity will be subject to immediate removal and legal action.

7. Membership, Elections, and Rights

Membership and involvement in Siragugal shall be open to those with a genuine interest in its mission without bias, discrimination, or exclusion.

• Fair and Transparent Elections: All elections for Leadership and Executive Board positions shall be conducted in a democratic, fair, and unbiased manner.

• Director’s Authority: Upon retirement, the Founder-Directors shall retain indefinite advisory and decision-making powers, ensuring continuity and institutional integrity.

All decisions regarding professional activities shall be final and binding.
